Spinning up some holiday cheer with an AI holiday card

Inboxes at the holidays are a wasteland of sameness. Cards get deleted, ignored or lost in spam. BrandAction wanted to stand out—and show what happens when human imagination meets AI.

Insight:

Clients didn’t want another card. They wanted a smile, a spark—something worth sharing. If we wanted attention, we had to create an experience.

Solution:

The holiday card was reimagined as music—using ChatGPT, Suno AI and Adobe Firefly to create a multi-sensory experience. Using ChatGPT, clever, brand-aligned lyrics were written. Suno AI composed three versions—Country, Crooner, and R&B—each paired with Adobe Firefly visuals and custom record labels. The emails weren’t greetings—they were invitations to press play.
